Insurance & Clinic Policies
We accept most major insurance carriers including Regence, Premera, Aetna, FirstChoice, Labor & Industries, both state and private self-insured workers' compensation, motor vehicle insurance (non 3rd party) and many others too numerous to list, some with special circumstances and/or restrictions. Please call the Clinic with your carrier and specific plan for more information.
Non-Washington State residents are required to pay at the time of service.
For your convenience, we now offer appointments for any reason, with any practitioner, any time of day.
Our appointment schedule is as follows, as of October 2009:

Our appointment policy is as follows:
- New Patients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork before being seen - or your can download our New Patient Registration Form, print it, fill it out and bring it with you when you come in.
- Existing patients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early in order to be checked in on time.
- Unless they call and cancel in advance, patients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged a $50 No-Show Fee.
- No Show Fees must be paid before the patient can make future appointments.
